Natalie is a highly experienced, QLD registered teacher, with 30 years of continuous service in schools before starting her business, Studio Yellow. Working in across all year level P-12, Natalie has brought the joy of art to school students of all ages, abilities and learning styles.  

Being widowed by suicide in 2009, motivated Natalie to leave the school system to focus on teaching adults how to access their creativity.Her primary goal is to provide adults with the skills and confidence needed to nurture good mental health by tapping into the power of art as a therapeutic hobby.

She believes that happiness, for adults, comes from balancing your responsibilities and chores with activities that light you up on the inside. To survive and thrive, the mind needs time to rest and refresh.
