Implementing the Mental Health Zen Program for Team Leaders
Mental health in the workplace is an essential topic that needs to be addressed to improve the productivity and wellbeing of employees. The pressure to be productive, deadlines, and meeting targets can add up to the stress level of any individual. And nobody knows this better than team leaders who are responsible for their team's success. They lead their teams through obstacles and industry changes, continually pushing towards the end goal. To tackle workplace stress effectively, the Zen Zone has released a brand-new online course, Implementing the Mental Health Zen Program for Team Leaders. This program is specifically tailored for team leaders who want effective and practical solutions to improve their team's mental health and wellbeing.

Zen Movement Coach | Mindfulness Coach | Mental Health First Aid Officer
In 2014 Jo’s husband was diagnosed with PTSD after serving 27 years in the Australian Defence Force. At the time her own mental well-being was impacted. She was so focussed on helping her husband and being the strong one for her children that she neglected her own mental health. She had to realise that in order to take care of her family she had to first take care of herself first. Once she took back control of her own mental health, she was able to think more clearly and there was less friction in her house. She was able to be a supportive wife and mother. That is the goal at the Zen Zone… they want to help you to take back control; equip you with the tools to monitor and improve your own mental well-being… and help you to put the Zen back into your Zone!
